The duct requires two 5015 radial fans. The part cooling duct can be adjusted vertically to support both the regular E3D V6 and the E3D V6 Volcano (shown). The bottom of the cooling duct tips should be between 1mm and 2mm above the build plate when the nozzle is touching the build plate. I set mine to between 1.2mm and 1.4mm. Print the parts in the orientation as provided. Use supports from build plate only. The heat sink cooling fan shroud can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1662879 TinkerCAD project files can be found here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/5u9EHO40XYJ Update June 27th: Hero Me LightWeight Dual 5015 Ducts! This is a 2-piece print that greatly reduces the weight of the ducts. Very short path straight down to the parts. Nothing blocks your view of the hot-end. Fans are flipped 180 degrees compared to all the previous Hero Me cooling ducts.
