This is for the Hero Me Gen 5 Ender 3 Mount Plate. You will need: 2x M3x10 Screws 2x M3 Nuts If you haven't added the M3 Nuts to the ender 3 mount plate, you will have to take it off and add them. It will only work with one fan since the mount is a bit too close to the print head. * Update * I've added another stl file if you need a place to put the endstop when it's finished probing. You will need to print it with support however.
