Hero Me gen 5 Ender 5 plus orbiter/volcano fix

I remixed these from the Hero Me collection for my Ender 5 Plus. It isn't perfect, but it works. The original STL's had the tool head sitting too low, causing my BL Touch to collide with the Ender 5 Plus bed rails. The tip on my BL Touch was sheared off, luckily its still usable. The fan duct would also collide, so I had to adjust my x endstop inward 10mm. To adequately and temporarily fix this, I changed my bed positoin_min size to 40mm via klipper, making my usable bed size 300mm instead of 350mm, which I found to be unacceptable... The gantry + base raise the toolhead about 9mm, preventing any further collisions and restoring my full 350x350x400 build size.
