Since the Eryone Thinker employs a specific hotend, I wanted to change it so that all my printers use the same hotend. The base_1 received holes to fit on the stock gantry. The base_2 was chamfered to allow easier placement, and holes were added to escape the screws holding the gantry wheels. Base_Lock, base_1, and base_2 thickness was adjusted (0.8mm added to the back) to allow deep enough holes to escape the screws holding the wheels. Assembly guide: To attach the base_1 to the gantry, you will need 1x M3x10mm screw going through Base_Lock 1x M3x6mm screw on the other side 2x M3 nuts are secured inside base_2; put the E3D V6 in place in base_1. Then, attach base_2 to base_1 with 1x M3x20mm screw on the left 1x M3x25mm screw on the right 2x M2x8mm screws are used to secure OEM_4010_duct to the base_1. The stock screws are used to attach the blower fan to OEM_4010_duct. 4x M3x10mm screws are used to attach the 40-30-fan-adapter to base_1. 4x M3x16mm screws are used to attach the stock 30mm fan to the 40-30-fan-adapter. OR 4x M3x16mm screws are used to attach an aftermarket 40mm fan to base_1. M3x20mm could work, depending on how thick your fan grill is. You can use a zip tie to securely attach all cables at the top of base_1. BOM: 2x M2x8mm screws 1x M3x6mm screw 5x M3x10mm screws 4x M3x16mm screws 1x M3x20mm screw 1x M3x25mm screw 2x M3 nuts Any question not specific to the Eryone Thinker has probably been answered in the source: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3291101 All the accessories and customizations available in the source should be compatible with this remix. Since there was a lot of test fitting and prototyping, I printed mine at 0.20mm to save some time, but 0.16mm or 0.12mm are recommended. Except for the "base" parts that won't be exposed to too much heat, I wouldn't recommend PLA. Use ABS, PETG, at least for the parts that will be close to the heatblock/nozzle. I did mine with Zortax Z ULTRA T Neon Orange filament (improved ABS), but I'll probably make another one using colorfabb CF20 (20% carbon fiber filled PETG) at 0.12mm layers. Tips for coffee and energetic drinks are always appreciated if you find this thing useful.
