This replacement spring is specifically designed for the cylindrical dispenser, where it will eventually break or fatigue about halfway through its usage cycle, allowing the remaining sweetener packets to simply drop onto the surrounding surface. The adjustable nature of this spring's thickness enables you to tailor its level of firmness according to your personal preferences, and I find that a stiffer setting works best for me.
