This is an adapter to allow the following memory foam armrests to work on a Herman Miller Aeron:http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NJBCPVE Tools Needed 2x 1/4in - 20 x 3/4in Oval Head Phillips 2x 1/4in - 20 x 1 1/4in Oval Head Phillips 4x 1/4in - 20 x 1/2in Round Head Phillips 2x 1/4in - 20 nuts Links to Tools (~$3) http://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt/202706494 http://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt/204274850 http://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt/204274641 Assembly Line up center screw hole with the second hole on the armrest, starting from the top. Line up other screw hole with the third hole on the armrest. Use two 1/2in screws to attach. Insert nut into end slot on adapter. Attach armrest to chair using 3/4in screw on front and 1 1/4in on back.
