I collected numerous high-quality images from the web to recreate Antoine Bourdelle's dynamic sculpture, Hercules the Archer. I invested a significant amount of time in post-processing to fill gaps and refine the mesh since I didn't have access to sufficient high-resolution photos to model from. Hercules the Archer is a sculpture created by Antoine Bourdelle, initially produced in 1909, which now exists in multiple versions. It was commissioned by Gabriel Thomas, a financier and philanthropist, as a single bronze edition in April 1909; Bourdelle worked on the sculpture during the summer of 1909. The casting process was handled by Eugène Rudier, and it was showcased at the National Society of Fine Arts in 1910, where it received widespread acclaim. The original dimensions measured 2.50 m × 2.40 m. A second version of the sculpture emerged around 1923. This iteration differed significantly from its predecessor with the addition of reliefs on the rock to the right, depicting the Lernaean Hydra and the Nemean Lion. A banner along the base of the sculpture and a monogram were also incorporated, completing the work.
