If you find this thing useful, consider leaving a tip. Thanks! My 3D printed dual drive 3-to-1 gear (Hercules) extruder was designed with the help of Btech Dual Drive Gears. It has the same gear ratio as Bondtech BMG extruder with an E-step of 415. Parts needed: * PTFE tube * 2 x 625zz bearings * 1 x M5x40mm screw (Hexagonal head) * 1 x M5 Nylon Lock Nut * 1 x M5 Nut (Optional) * 2 x M5 Washer * 1 x M4x20 screw (internal hex head) * 1 x M4 Nut * 1 x MK8 tension spring * 7 x M3 Nut * 1 x M3 x 45mm Screw (Thumb screw) * 2 x M3 x 35mm Screw * 1 x M3 x 40mm Screw (Stepper Motor) * 3 x M3 x 8mm Screws * 2 x M3 x 22mm Screw Bondtech Dual Drive Gears are required, with a 3mmx20mm rod and micro roller bearing or a 5mmx20mm rod without micro roller bearing. The Bondtech dual drive gears can be found on Aliexpress or eBay by searching for "Btech gear". A Bowden mount for 2020 aluminum extrusion is included. Also included is a Direct Drive mount for Anet A6 using Zeus X Carriage, which can be obtained here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2817459 The STL files are embedded with supports and without supports, optimized for printing with ABS or PETG material, and can be printed without support by slicer software. A 123design sketch for the mount of Hercules Extruder is also included, allowing users to create their own mounting bracket.
