Hercules Battery Clip 20V -12V 20Amp

One of my first designs I use standard crimp on spade lugs without the insulation to make the battery connectors. I solder the connections to the lugs and melt it into the plastic with the battery attached and wait for it to cool. Then I Drill a hole for the wires or nibble off a side of the lid then epoxy the whole terminal box closed. I've used these power supplies to power small amplifiers for powered PA speakers and LED bar lights on tripods for portable work lights. I also designed a variable output benchtop power supply case to go with this battery clip.
