This relief stands out as the largest and most impressive of its kind, potentially referencing Emperor Maximianus Hercules' military conquests in Spain. It's also possible that Chiragan was a temporary base for the emperor during this campaign, which would account for the elaborate sculptures decorating this section of the relief.
