I utilized the Snow Saucer Handle by coolpoolteacher from Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15456). To combine the handle file with both the skull and jaw bones, I opened it in MakerWare, saved it as a STL file, and replaced the original two files with this new one that fits flawlessly on the Replicator Dual.
