Herakles stands proudly in the Roman environs of early 1st century AD. This magnificent marble statue resides at the Nye Carlsberg Glyptotek in Copenhagen, Denmark. The mighty hero grasps the golden apples of the Hesperides behind his robust back. As one of King Eurystheus's Twelve Labors, Herakles bravely fetched the golden apples, granting eternal life to those who possessed them. This impressive work is a replica of Polykleitos' masterpiece from around 450 BC. This object forms part of "Scan The World," a groundbreaking non-profit initiative launched by MyMiniFactory.
