EDIT 4: I modified the front stock section to feature a distinctive beaver tail design, and the new file name is "stock front v3". EDIT 3: I added left and right split files for those who use routers. EDIT 2: I widened the slot/channel area for the buffer tube and corrected the beaver tail, applying these changes to the half-models. EDIT: I've included files for the stock in two parts for those with smaller printers, featuring two registers between the parts for alignment and joint strength. This is the Hera CQR stock designed specifically for M-4/AR-15 pattern AEG airsoft rifles. The design has been adapted to accommodate the motor housed in the pistol grip, while still closely resembling its real-steel counterpart. The interface measurements are based on the Lancer Tactical LT-12 model, which may not fit all guns perfectly but should work for most. Coming soon: butt-pads with different textures and designs! Check out the design files here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2331717 ASSEMBLY: - Remove the stock, motor, and pistol grip from your current gun, setting aside the screws that secure the pistol grip to the gearbox, as well as the endcap/radiator for the motor. - Slide the stock onto the buffer tube, routing the motor wires through the holes in the grip section before it's fully seated. - Once the stock is fully inserted, use one of the set-aside screws to attach the grip to the gearbox. - Next, insert a body retaining pin (or similar-sized pin) into the hole near the base of the buffer tube. - Insert the motor into its housing, attaching the motor wires and securing it with the endcap/radiator from the old pistol grip by screwing it into place at the bottom of the grip. - Slide the motor plate into position within the channel, matching the images above for reference. - Next, slide the butt pad into its designated registers in the back of the stock. - Finally, insert 1/8 inch (3.175 mm) pins into the holes marked with red circles.
