Here's another Blower duct for the Hephestos i3, this one tailored to fit the Sunon fan perfectly. It was inspired by the original design but has been reworked to meet specific requirements. The stock part cooling fan that came with the unibody extruder had a meltdown, so I embarked on a mission to find an upgrade that would not only fit the existing mounts but also provide a much quieter operation. I discovered the Sunon GB1205PKV1 fan, which packs more power and can run at lower RPMs while still delivering the same airflow. This translates into significantly reduced noise levels, making it ideal for my needs. Additionally, its magnetic bearings contribute to an even smoother and quieter experience.
