Introducing Hephaistos' Poena model CQCAS, a lightweight and versatile 12 gauge automatic shotgun designed specifically for urban close-quarter combat. Key features include a molded Acetal polymer lower frame, compatibility with AR15/M16 components, open bolt "Thompson" fire system, a 7075-T6 alloy upper frame, Cupro-aluminium carrier slides, titanium carrier spring, and a 10-shot polymer magazine. The strong chamber is made from 42-CrMo4 chrome steel, while the short barrel is borre 7.5" in length and coated with Nikasil for durability. Additional features include an adjustable trigger, rapid magazine release, foldable charging handle, tool-less disassembly, upper and lower accessory rails, ambidextrous security levers, and ergonomic design elements. The approximate weight is 6.39 lbs with an empty magazine, and the overall dimensions are 26.97" (folded), 22.25" (with stock cap), and 8.59" (with standard sight and magazine). Despite not releasing 3D files or internal photos, the concept showcases innovation and inspiration for firearm enthusiasts. Kudos to the Belgian team!
