If you decide to use this design, make sure to follow local or federal government guidelines on social distancing at all times. This design is not a medical device and has not been tested in any lab setting. - Wash your hands frequently - The cut HEPA filters in this model are compromised and will not provide the same level of protection as intact ones. Inhaling glass particles from HEPA filters can cause lung damage, so use them at your own risk. This mask requires no post-printing molding. The Mask Cup comes in three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. I print all three sizes without supports using PLA+ filament. The rectangular portion of the mask remains the same size for all three sizes, reducing the need to print different cage and gasket sizes. The Cage and Gaskets are printed using flexible TPU filament. There are two Tightener and Cage sizes: 7mm and 26mm. Choose them based on your planned bands, as both sizes fit all three mask sizes.
