Case uses a 40mm square fan and small HEPA filters. Optionally, there's a cut-out for a Panel-Mount 2.1mm (or 2.5mm) DC Power Jack Socket. Several mounting options are included, such as the Bare box, GoPro mount, and a slide-on fitting. Extra parts are required, which can be found on eBay. These include filters similar to the "chuwi ilife filter," designed for Robotic Vacuum Cleaners (approximately 40x80x15mm). A pack of ten costs around $3. A 12v 40mm fan is also needed (40x40x10.5, with a 3mm self-tap screw and 2mm holes on 32x32mm centers), costing approximately $1.20. Additionally, a 2.1mm or 2.5mm DC Power Jack Socket Panel-Mount Connector is required, priced at around $0.50. The slide-on block-support was originally designed for a Trinus 3D printer and attaches to the end of the X-axis slider with two M2.5 10mm screws. This allows it to move up and down with the printer's extruder. My Trinus is also housed in the manufacturer's enclosure, but I've noticed that the arrangement of filter and extruder isn't very efficient. The filter and fan are continuously circulating air and particles within the enclosure. After extruding 2Kg of black PLA, I observed some discoloration on the front of the filter (which might be PLA), as well as a reduced but not eliminated level of smell and dust/irritation. In addition, the block-support can also hold Ikea model 330 12v LED fittings.
