This size filter limits the loss of charges and with it the resistance to inspiration. It also allows for increased operation time. These filters are easy to obtain and replace. There are still technical doubts to be raised about this device. The points of vigilance are as follows: (non-exhaustive) • Perform a filtration test with a particle counter on the Dyson filter • Evaluate the effectiveness of the exhalation valve (conceived to function with compression due to water presence) • Depending on the previous result, potentially strengthen the performance of the expiratory device • Evaluate the duration of use of a filter • Evaluate its efficacy after washing and disinfection • Depending on the previous result, evaluate the lifespan of the filter / number of cleaning cycles I do not have the equipment or skills to evaluate these points of doubt.
