A prefabricated filter for gas masks with a standard 40mm round thread (based on Russian state standard 8762-75). Composition: body and spacer material - PLA or any other hypoallergenic, non-toxic polymer. The filter element consists of three layers of hepa microfilter. Theoretically, this filter can capture fine dust and aerosols, including Covid. However, no tests or measurements have been conducted to verify its quality. Advantages: extremely lightweight, breathing resistance is subjectively similar to or less than that of the factory filter, and it has a prefabricated design for easy disinfection. Disadvantages: lack of any validated classification. Assembly sequence: Housing, filter, spacer, filter, spacer, filter, spacer, cover.
