The Henan Morgan horizontal fuel oil/gas boiler features a three-return all-wet back structure, high efficiency heat transfer elements, and maximum heat transfer surface design to deliver high output, thermal efficiency, and extended service life. The low combustion chamber ensures a larger water level safety space while minimizing the risk of water shortage accidents. Additionally, it has an easy-to-maintain activity type smoke box and features a world-renowned burner with automatic fire control based on load changes and flame detection. A microcomputer automatically controls combustion, steam pressure, and water level for optimal performance. With its elegant design, the boiler also comes with a set of stoker tools and labor clothing. Technical parameters include rated capacity from 0.5 to 8 t/h, working pressures up to 1.25 MPa, steam temperatures up to 195℃, feed temperatures of 20℃, fuel consumption ranging from 40 to 525 Kg/h or 55 to 590 NM3/h, thermal efficiency at 85%, and installation specifications from 3160x1800x1800mm to 7000x2400x2400mm.
