It features reasonable flue speed and heating surface designs to prevent ash scattering and abrasion while ensuring full load operation, high efficiency, and long-term safety. The boiler's furnace can be customized based on fuel type to improve fuel burning rate and minimize black smoke. Its single return design and injected circulation for hot water boilers offer higher medium speed in heat surface return than national standards. The large, high-strength grate (below 20T) and squama or beam-type traveling grate (above 20T) ensure safety, reduce coal leakage, and facilitate adjustment of burning processes. Soot is efficiently separated at the exit of the boiler furnace, minimizing dust content and reducing back heat surface abrasion. The compact structure is 3-5 meters lower in installation height compared to other styles, expediting installation and reducing boiler house costs.
