The Rocket II was conceived and engineered by two visionary artists renowned for their creativity. Its design is as bold as its 1,000-horsepower Hemi engine. Tim "The Frogman" Cotterill is a British sculptor who grew up with an insatiable passion for the outdoors, animals, and motorcycles. He has spent decades crafting exquisite frog sculptures in high demand, but his artistic talents extend to vehicle design as well. In 1989, Cotterill had the vision to create a radical three-wheeled trike powered by a six-cylinder engine. The stocky "Rocket" caused quite a stir in his hometown, but he eventually relocated to California, where he lost interest in the project. However, he never forgot about it. Years later, Cotterill met another artistic gearhead: Michael Leeds of Blastolene. Leeds designs and builds high-profile machines, including the stunning retro/future roadster known as the Blastolene Special owned by Jay Leno. Leeds' expertise is evident in his sheetmetal work, and with Cotterill's ideas and drawings, they began planning what Cotterill dubbed "A custom motorbike like no other." This bike would be called the Rocket II.
