Technical device for spectral analysis camera. The hemisphere is crafted from durable polystyrene material. The structure on the left side serves as a green drilling guide template, designed to drill a hole into the sphere at a precise angle using a core drill. Following this procedure, the hole was drilled and the green part was carefully removed, allowing the camera to be precisely attached - positioned exactly at the right angle for optimal viewing through the newly generated hole. A highly versatile solution, as it features variable height capabilities! This budget-friendly setup utilizes most standard parts made from Item/Bosch profiles, while other components were affordably 3D printed using nylon/polyamide materials. That's why I'm a huge fan of 3D printing!
