Four identical spherical sections, featuring unique features, can be created through a quadrisection process. These parts do not have overhanging edges and possess concealed flat bases after assembly, ensuring a smooth exterior appearance. The entire sphere exterior is made up of sidewalls that showcase the FDM resolution excellence. Transparent PVC samples were built on a Solido SD300 Pro; however, the design was aimed at Makerbot compatibility. Friends' feedback led to refined contours for improved piece attachment after assembly.
