I use a versatile Dual RJ45 breakout board to connect my extruder. BLTouch, thermistor, stepper motor, end stop, fans, and other vital components are all easily connected via this board. However, I strongly advise against connecting the heater through the RJ45, as only experienced users should attempt this. Using an Ethernet cable to run high currents can lead to fires, so exercise caution. If you want to reverse the orientation of the breakout board, use the reversed STL file provided.
