A 5015 Part Cooling Solution Based on Proven CFD-Analyzed and Optimized Air Flow. This Design Provides a High-Speed Converging Flow That Safely Circulates Around the Heater Block and Print Bed, Ensuring Clean Exit Past the Nozzle Tip. Parts Are Printed in Their Downloaded Orientation. The Duct Prints Without Supports, While the Mounting Plate Requires Buildplate-Only Support for M4 Nut Recesses on the Back. When Assembled, the Underneath of the Duct Should Be 1.5 - 2mm Above the Nozzle Tip, with +/- 2mm Vertical Adjustment Available. Note the Heater Block Orientation in the Images; While It Fits Both Ways, It's Too Close to the Duct When Installed Inversely. The Following Hardware Is Required: - 1 x 5015 Blower - 2x M3x10mm Bolts - 2 x M3 Washers - 2 x M4x25mm Bolts - 2 x M4 Washers - 2 x M4 Nuts For Any Questions or Additional Information, Please Ask.
