Human: Parts Fan Ducts for 50/15 fan on the Hemera! **NOTE! This is for a Hemera with the block spun back. Assemble hotend carefully, nozzle must contact heat break, not bottom out on block!** **Items: DuctsSpun and BaseSpun I have flipped parts so they lay flat on bed** Feb 24 2020-Updated New files added for shorter nozzles, Stock E3D nozzle will likely need "RaisedBase" and "75raisedDucts" due to being approximately 0.5-0.75 mm shorter than Micro Swiss nozzles I'm using Some ideas behind my design of this parts cooling setup: some make sense, others are personal preferences. 1- Spun block back for better clearance and air flow from parts ducts. 2- Two ducts/points of air flow 90 degrees to each other cover more part surface regardless of printing direction, also improve air flow away from hotend, unlike two ducts directly pointing at each other that fight air flow being carried away. 3- Setup for decent view and clearance around nozzle. If issues arise, you can see and correct them. Don't like totally blocked views; often causes total hotend incasement if something happens. 4- Split into two parts which will need to be glued together, limiting supports needed *(though some are still required)*. I find it best to slice with Ideamaker or S3D using custom supports as Cura and Prusa Slicer can be difficult to control supports and automatically place them in unnecessary and hard-to-remove places
