Releasing my 3d printed bracket collection and modified components so I can have my Hemera actually fit on the CR10 V2 without as many complications. After some re-configurations I made the Hemera sit with its nozzle in the same space as the default hot end on the CR10 V2.This started with the 3d Printing Canada video about installing the Hemera but their mounting brackets did not allow for the same printing parameters as the original mount. Now, with these brackets you do not lose printing space to compensate for the offset position. These items need to be printed but installed in their listed order. I also used these as a drilling template and swapped it to 3mm aluminum pieces. One of the first changes I did to these was make them all 3mm thin so you could perform this swap without re-configuring anything.1 - Hemera Back Plate Correction (A and B)This has mounting holes for the BL Touch included BL Touch bracket. Removing the rollers from the X Gantry and then putting the roller bolts through this bracket will mount it where it needs to be. There are spaces for 8 M3 bolts and the A and B versions use Hex or Square bolts. If you followed the original 3D Printing Canada video, you probably have the square bolts.2 - Hemera Mounting PlateThis is mounted directly to the Hemera's stepper motor using 4 M3 screws. The screw heads will sit in the recessed portion. You may need to use Square nuts here (as they fit securely into the motor) but you can use hex nuts if needed. After the Hemera is mounted you can put the Mounting Plate onto the Back Plate and attach it with the 6 M3x6mm bolts.I found the Square nuts to be a pain to position properly and is why there are hex nut mounts for this.3 - MyStoopidStuff BL Touch Bracket A & BModifying someone else's design (again) this mounts to the left side of the Back Plate. Once mounted you will be able to height adjust it as needed. The position has been moved outward to give the fan a lot of clearance as I ran my Thermistor and heater wires in front of it.When you encode your firmware the position of the BL Touch is: X -46mm & Y -4mm.4 - permanoob Hemera ShroudThis is a very effecient fan that I found and added to this kit. After mounting it you will run the fan at half your normal value. It runs very well at 15-20% for me.It's designed to use the Fans original hardware and you can supplement this with some super glue to seal the connection. It also has an adjustable positioning mount using more M3 bolts on the stepper motor. This way you can make certain that the fan clears the glass bed brackets before securing it in position.Remixed Sourceshttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4031637Hemera 5015 Fan Shroud - Simpleby permanoob December 08, 2019https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4334347E3d Hemera Direct Drive Extruder Mount for CR-10 V2 / CR-10V2by Happy May 03, 2020
