Hemera mount for 2020 extrusion (e.g. Ender 3, CR-10s Pro or CR-10 Max) - requires metal plate - minimal invasive

<p>This set includes all the printed parts which go along the metal plate (source form e.g. <a href="https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005002516697654.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.31603988l3qhws&amp;algo_pvid=af7aad57-3518-4d5c-b59f-5e0657968ae0&amp;algo_exp_id=af7aad57-3518-4d5c-b59f-5e0657968ae0-11&amp;pdp_ext_f=%7B%22sku_id%22%3A%2212000020963126941%22%7D&amp;pdp_npi=1%40dis%7CEUR%7C%7C5.46%7C%7C%7C%7C%7C%402100bdd716514843714417039e771d%7C12000020963126941%7Csea">AliExpress </a>or <a href="https://www.amazon.com/-/de/dp/B098T4P5ZB/ref=sr_1_1?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&amp;crid=2R58LM6KHOEU0&amp;keywords=hemera+bracket&amp;qid=1651484638&amp;sprefix=hemera+bracke%2Caps%2C171&amp;sr=8-1">Amazon</a>)</p><p>The mount should basically fit on every printer which has a 2020 extrusion x gantry in the Ender / CR-10 style.<br>The parts were designed/<a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4785386/files">remixed </a>with the thought to reduce the size and modding effort to a minimum (for CR-10s Pro you could keep even the fans).<br>This is a collection of my own stuff and something I found on the web (for a few parts I could not find the attribution in my history, so please let me know if you know and I will add this in here)<br><strong>Assembly:</strong></p><ul><li>For assembly you will assemble the Hemera on the metal plate using the washer to go between the Hemera and the plate. (The assembly of the plate should be explained by the reseller)</li><li>Also use some additional M3 bolts to mount the washer cable strain relief arm to the plate.</li><li>Use M3 bolts to mount the cable mount to the the washer cable strain relief arm</li><li>Use some self cutting bolts to assemble the 4010 fan cover</li><li>Then just assemble the BL-Touch with the additional bracket (if you use a different sensor, you will have to redesign your own bracket).</li><li>Mount the fan duct to the fronside of the Hemera and attach the fan (4020)</li><li>For electronics please refer to the web.</li></ul><p>Partlist:</p><ul><li>Multiple length M3 bolts (from 6mm to 25mm) and M3 nuts, some of them should come with the Hemera or metal plate kit</li><li>M3 washers are strongly recommended, especially for the bolts going directly on the Hemera since there is only a very small length tolerance for the bolts in ordert not to damage the housing.</li><li>ZipTie to fasten the cables</li><li>Self cutting bolts for the 4010 fan cover</li></ul><p><br>If you are planning to install this on a CR-10s Pro or CR-10 Max, also check out the <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/189755-cr-10s-pro-cr-10-max-direct-drive-conversion-filam">direct drive conversion</a>.
