Hemera to Ender Adapter Plate with BLTouch Mount This design is optimized for machining, with a suggested material of aluminum; an STL file has been included for layout purposes. The adapter plate is designed to be machined and then the BLTouch mount bent at a right angle. Design Objectives: - Achieve greater rigidity than printed mounts - Remain unaffected by extruder heat - Require minimal modification to existing Ender hotend mount - Feature a center mount to prevent uneven loading on guide wheels - Utilize all four extruder stepper mounting holes (lower guide wheel fastener is also used) Installation Instructions & Observations: - The stock Ender hotend thread posts will need to be drilled out or milled down - Note: by centering the Hemera on the stock plate, some X travel is sacrificed
