Hemera Adapter with BLTouch for Sidewinder X1 for Vulcano hot end

<p>This is my solution for a simple but yet lean Hemera adapter for my Sidewinder X1.<br/> The idea was to have one simple part for the whole Hemera extruder that:</p> <ul> <li>is one part that can be mounted / removed easily without loosening the screws carriage pulleys</li> <li>has a location for the BL touch with just one offset location (X=0, Y=27mm)</li> <li>is light weight</li> <li>can be used for Vulcano</li> <li><p>has a simple fan adapter, but yet good enough for great bridging capabilities. The fan adapter itself was glued to the fan itself with some high speed cyano glue. (Gorilla glue for example)<br/> The original PCB board adapter on the right is a design from Fulament. Please get it from this website: <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4066665/files">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4066665/files</a></p> <p>If you like to use my modified version - please download the STL in the download section. My modification : Thicker backplane since the Fulament version warps when mounted.</p> <p>For the whole setup, there are the following screws & nuts required:</p> </li> <li><p>Hemera motor block: 4pc M3 x 8mm</p> </li> <li>Complete adapter to Sidewinder Carriage (blue plate): 3pc M3 x10mm </li> <li>BLTouch mounting: 2 x M3x x 8mm + 2 M3 nuts</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Feel free to use the 2 distance pieces to separate the fan from the extruder body. According the E3D hemera manual this is preferred to get adequate cooling of the body.
