Hemera 5015 Fan Duct
thingiverse
Permanoob made a great parts fan duct for a standard 3D printer fan to fit the Hemera. I used his original version on my Ender 3 with a Hemera hot-end and it worked great. Then I got a SuperVolcano heater block and needed a fan duct that would fit the much longer SuperVolcano. So I just extended the brackets. I'm using it on my Ender 3 with a Hemera and SuperVolcano and it is working perfectly. Print it "upright", with the "ears" sticking up. MAKE SURE you print this with supports only touching the build plate. If you print it with supports everywhere, it will fill up the duct with supports that you will never be able to get out. There is one section of support that appears on the bottom of the part that you may or may not want to remove. I have printed several of these, and I feel that it looks better without that support removed, but it does not hinder the functionality if you do decide to remove it. You can see your model a little better while it's printing if you remove that support, but I think it looks much better with that one support left on. The "ears" are adjustable mounting points so that you can get the duct to just the right height. You can slide it up or down before tightening down the screws to get the height just right.
