I didn't find a solution that worked for my 40mm Noctua fans, so I came up with one myself - it's not perfect but it does the trick, maybe it'll work for you too. The first version had tiny holes that restricted airflow, but the V2 design is a big improvement. Don't print this in PLA as it gets way too close to the hotend; use PETG or something even better instead. Make sure to use M3 screws and nuts - I found two of my screws were a bit too long, so I added an extra nut on the bolt, screwed it in until it stopped, then tightened the nut. First, press all 9 nuts into place (I used a spare M3 screw from the other side to pull them in). Then, attach the fan mount to the Hemera mount points and add FanDucs to the FanMount - you might need to tidy up any rough edges where they meet. I've been using this mount for my Hemera on my CR10s over at MyMiniFactory. I created a BL-Touch mount too, so now you can attach that one as well. UPDATE 11/03/20: I attached the FanMount and BL-Touch Mount specifically designed for Volcano hotends - keep in mind these are untested yet.
