This enclosure cradles a Heltec Wifi Kit 8 ESP8266 board alongside a compact OLED screen (https://heltec.org/project/wifi-kit-8/) and a petite 1000mAh LiPo battery measuring 10mm × 20mm × 50mm in size. After sliding together, the two pieces lock snugly into place with a satisfying friction fit that holds remarkably well. Between the battery and the PCB, a small amount of craft foam serves as a spacer to ensure proper alignment. Smaller batteries can be accommodated with additional foam padding for added security.
