Helping Hands - WORK IN PROGRESS
thingiverse
This is a work in progress prototype. I confess that the print tolerances are not ideal. I justify it by telling myself I wanted to spend time sanding it to make it look nice and smooth, but honestly, it's because I'm still learning and this is one of my first designs in Fusion 360, and one of my first functional prints that really needed consideration of printing tolerances. The OBJ file is included in the file set, so feel free to modify, change, etc. I do intend to update it eventually. Update November 14, 2019: After using it, I recognize a couple of updates to add to the mod list, and for you to be aware of if you print. 1) I don't need the pot., so the second hole is unnecessary. 2) The locking clamp is too low when working on smaller boards. 3) It needs some feet, either glued on or printed on the bottom cover.
