I've desperately required a capable hands tool for years! I've observed ingenious designs crafted from metal bases, wood bases, and even mere hose attachments! Unable to create any of those myself, I ignited SketchUp and designed my own! The design measures 150x150x18 mm in size. The indents are purposefully designed to hold components and measure approximately 70x42x7 mm in dimension. The hoses used are 3/8" BPST (~16mm) in diameter, while the clips employed are 50mm alligator clips with a small amount of heat shrink applied to dull their teeth (prevents them from cutting into parts). However, these clips need slight modifications to fit into the nozzles, as they are approximately 1 mm too large to fit out of the box. The clips I acquired feature rectangular and round sides. I intend to utilize one of the rear hoses for storing my solder and wire spools. The hose threads offer a snug fit, but should securely fasten without requiring modifications to either the base or connector. You can choose to glue them in place with epoxy or CA glue if desired, though they should be secure enough on their own.
