Helping Hand

Helping Hand

thingiverse

This is an upgrade of a standard generic assisting tool. It features a solder spool holder and a hole that allows it to pass through, along with a container for small electronic components and two long legs designed to prevent it from tipping over. It can hold heavy items without toppling over unlike cheap assisting tools. To use it effectively, you need to purchase an assisting hand, remove its weight, and then insert it into the hole. You can find this product at Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/SE-MZ101B-Helping-Magnifying-Glass/dp/B000RB38X8/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1511124502&sr=8-3&keywords=third+hand. Any assisting hand with similar features will work for this purpose. The holes are quite tight, so I recommend decreasing the horizontal expansion slightly to ensure a smooth fit.
