Helmet Wall support with 20mm pvc pipe
thingiverse
I've designed this set to showcase my entire helmet collection on a wall, freeing up valuable space. INSTRUCTION FOR THE PRINT - The rectangular corner is slightly flat on both sides, making it ideal for printing horizontally to maximize stiffness, with strategically placed supports. - The helmet support can be printed easily with the hole facing upwards, minimizing the need for additional supports. The supported surface can be sanded down if desired but isn't necessary. - The wall mount can be printed as is without requiring any supports. You will need: - Two 20mm PVC pipes, each approximately 25cm long. I suggest drilling a hole in one of them where the hole on the wall mount is located for a bolt to pass through or simply gluing the tube onto the support if you plan to place it elsewhere. - Two M5 screws for the wall mount. - One M4 bolt, approximately 30mm long, to secure the drilled pipe. WARNING I strongly advise gluing the rectangular corner to the drilled pipe to prevent it from spinning and potentially causing your helmet to fall.
