A vintage Pepakura creation from my past making endeavors has resurfaced in Pepakura Designer, where you can export it to .OBJ and subsequently transfer it to .STL via "Windows 10 3DBuilder" or "123Design." Regrettably, I lack the skills necessary to refine this model further. However, I suspect someone with more expertise might be interested in giving it a makeover. If you decide to undertake this task, please upload your improved version as a remix. Keep in mind that this file was initially shared freely online, so I don't have any claim to its original creator's identity.
