Pads for human use should be elastic in nature, failing which they will not fit comfortably. I attempted to print a visor, but unfortunately, the manual cleaning process causes it to become brittle and prone to breakage. The printer used was a Mendel Prusa i2, with ABS as the material choice, accompanied by a heatbed and heatroom setup, featuring a layer thickness of 250 microns.
