BLV's Ender 3 Pro Upgrade: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4008699 This utilizes a BMG Gear Box, and requires linear rails because this back plate is designed to bolt directly to the MGN12H Carriage Block. Or the real thing for some extra money is available at https://www.amazon.com/Bondtech-BMG-Extruder-1-75mm/dp/B074P8FCG9. You will also need an E3D V6 if you do not already have one. Make sure to get a 24V version if it includes the heater cartridge. Shockingly, this works with the Stock Extruder Stepper Motor, and you should not worry about the motor colliding with the uprights. You will want to modify your firmware's Y_MIN_POS and X_MIN_POS because this backplate does modify your nozzle position slightly. My firmware modifications are as follows: X_BED_SIZE 235 Y_BED_SIZE 220 X_MIN_POS -4.4 //THIS MAY BE DIFFERENT AS MY CURRENT SETUP IS UTILIZING THE BLV X CARRIAGE PLATE.
