This mount securely holds the helmet in place by fastening it between two parts using zip ties. The interior spanner holes are precisely 80 mm apart, while the mount itself measures 20mm wide and 6 mm thick. Despite being mounted, the battery of the light can still be easily changed, making this a practical solution for users who prefer to use affordable lights that won't break the bank if damaged. This custom-printed mount was created using PLA at 30% infill with three perimeters and includes supports to ensure stability during printing.
