Based on the original HBP Blower design, I made several modifications after experiencing some warping issues. My goal was to raise the blower a few mm's, providing extra clearance between the bed and adding more clearance between the curves at the bottom of the blower while keeping the original design intact. I replaced the screw holder with a longer rectangular holder and created a large rectangular opening allowing for greater flexibility in positioning the part higher or lower. I'm deeply grateful to the BEEVERYCREATIVE TEAM for creating the original design. Print Settings Printer: HelloBEEPrusa Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill Percentage: 80% Print Temperature: 210° Celsius Bed Temperature: 60° Celsius Print Speed: 35 mm/s Nozzle Diameter: 0.5 mm Post-Printing One key thing I missed was completely removing the excess material from the inside of the blower area (refer to image below). This interior section is where the screw head will eventually fit.
