Hello, Velo Case Parts
thingiverse
These are the printable pieces of the Hello, Velo project on Instructables. Hello, Velo is a device that makes your bicycle even more awesome! It comes equipped with GPS and a SIM card, so it always knows exactly where you are and can send and receive text messages instantly. Forgot where you locked up your bike? Just send it a text and ask for help! Heading home from work and need to let your significant other know when you'll arrive? Hello, Velo can detect that too and send the message for you automatically. I printed all these parts from PLA using support material. The orientation of the "holder" isn't very critical, but the "collar" and "back" should be printed so the ring is in-line to prevent it from breaking during mounting. The collar can be customized to fit your own bike's stem/seatpost/top tube radius - I've included default pieces here for a 36mm diameter stem. Keep in mind that it's a good idea to make this a bit bigger so you can put rubber or another material between to keep everything from slipping apart. Note: Using Customizer for this part can take an extremely long time.
