HellFire Club wearable mask with wall hanger

Want to join the Club? Haha Designed and printed a wearable hellfire mask that can hang on the wall as some Halloween décor. Couldn’t have been happier with the results!! Although I think it looks better on the wall than my face. Haha All parts will fit an ender build plate. The mask, main horn parts, and ears all are easy prints. Mask Pieces and horns are indented to include printed décor. The indents make it easy to paint the mask if you so choose. You will have to align these parts (Mask bottom, Horn left, right Top, Horn left, right bottom, and the ears) to the build plate. Should be fairly simple to pick out the large flat spots. Other than the Mask Top they shouldn’t need support. The Mask top will need supports on the sides, but nothing major. All these pieces I printed out with a brim to ensure good bed adhesion. You will have to mirror the right ear in your slicer to print out the left. I taped the top and bottom part on the mask together with painters tape then PLA welded the inside together, and did the same to the top and bottom horn pieces. Then I used PLA gloop to attach the horns and ears to the mask. At this point with the mask together you can either paint the design on using the indents as a guide, or continue to print out the décor pieces. The Wall mount is just as easy to print out as well, and when aligned correctly to the build plate, none of the parts will need support. Assembling the wall mount should be self-explanatory. I recommend using PLA gloop here as well. I did print all the parts with a CR10 single extruder printer, put them together, then realized I could have just reprinted the horns and their décor with a dual extruder Sovol SV04, saving tons of time putting them together I aligned the hard to print pieces on the build plate and updated the parts to load in your slicer program already oriented to the build plate how I printed them out. I would recommend starting the decor portion of the project with the hardest parts first. The forehead and mouth pieces are already oriented how I printed them out. I did adjust the support placement angle to cover from the build plate to the bottom areas of each part. Then added support blockers if supports hit the front face of the parts. I printed all with a brim to ensure good bed adhesion and turned off the support interface. Top mouth support angle – 20 with a lot of support blockers Bottom Mouth support angle – 30 with support blockers Forehead Left Bottom support angle - 55 Forehead Left Top – 60 Forehead Left small – 60 Forehead right 1 piece – 60 I also aligned the Horn décor to load in your slicer the way I printed them out. The W horn pieces 1 through 14 are just for the right horn. I adjusted the position of the pieces down in the z axis -.02mm. Then multiplied each piece and mirrored one to print out the left horn’s corresponding piece. Or if you have a dual extruder, add horn 1 piece left or right with the corresponding decor. The teeth will need aligned to the build plate with the fattest parts down. Printed out with a brim and support angle around 60. Although I haven’t tried it, I believe the bottom mask and the teeth could all be printed together with a dual extruder printer.
