I made a simple split of JersyBeast's fantastic Good Samaritan prop, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:582501, breaking down the barrel assembly into three separate parts for easier printing on my printer. It was primarily done to make it simpler for my printer to print. Future versions might include lugs to keep everything aligned properly. Post-Printing Important Note Always do a dry fit before gluing together! This will give you a better sense of the shapes involved. I recommend bringing up a picture of the complete thing as reference. Assembly First, attach the underbarrel to the main barrel. The top straight edge should be placed against the bottom of the main barrel. Then, align the triangular support with the matching support in the back of the barrel and make sure it lies flush against the lower block. Next, fit the underbarrel lug and front into place. It should slide right on, with the cut angular part facing the barrel. Make sure to align the hollow of the lug and the underbarrel tube properly. Finally, glue everything together using epoxy or superglue. How I Designed This Too much time was spent wrestling with Blender.
