My design boasts uniqueness and functionality due to its sleek, visually appealing, and simple structure. It maximizes the use of common parts shared between units and facilitates easy removal of specific casing components for repair or service access. Manufacturing costs are kept low by using common methods like injection molding, while maintaining durability for daily use. The design adheres to technical requirements by fitting seamlessly onto existing metal frame weldments with only one allowed modification for a tilted version accommodating the universal casing. Ribs have been added to certain plastic elements requiring support, and all dimensions are in millimeters. These files are conceptual and require further iterations to achieve manufacturability, which would need additional time beyond this challenge's scope.
