Helix Footswitch Expander

This is a custom footswitch cap/knob/topper designed specifically for the Line6 Helix. Print it in Clear PETG or ABS plastic for a frosted finish that showcases the LEDs beneath, allowing them to illuminate the cap/expander beautifully. Feel free to experiment with different infill types and percentages - the less infill/bottom layers you use, the more light will filter through. I personally printed several of these caps, and I discovered that the number of shells used directly impacts the ID of the cap. I successfully printed this model using S3D 4.1.1 with a settings combination of 3 top layers, 3 bottom layers, and 2 outline/perimeter layers. While not necessary, you can opt to use a raft or brim for added stability during printing - it's entirely up to you. I've also verified that these custom footswitch caps work seamlessly with the Beatbuddy Mini and the TC Electronic Flashback X4, MXR Tap, so you don't have to endure the frustration of using small switch tops that can be harsh on your feet.
