The Helix Bulb! A stunning color-tunable light designed for effortless control over WiFi. Its electronics rely solely on a compact 16x neopixel ring and an ESP8266 module. The Blynk app provides seamless, customizable control from your smartphone. Check out this tutorial to learn the basics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CxeuR-4zuwQ Assembling the base can be slightly tricky, but it's doable. You'll need some short M3 screws to mount the ESP module and a 20mm M3 screw to secure the base cover to its thread. A ball-end Allen key is highly recommended for tightening the ESP mount screws, as access can be limited. I printed the bulb using clear Formlabs resin, while the rest of the components were printed in white Hatchbox PLA on an MK3S. Important: DO NOT disable supports for the bulb! The print may appear to work initially, but as it progresses, the entire structure becomes like a spring, causing excessive warping. This effect affects both FDM and SLA prints, so supports must be enabled to prevent the bulb from extending and compressing during printing. In my previous attempt to print it on FDM, the warping was so intense that it broke the fan shroud off my MK3. Fortunately, all other components print flawlessly without supports when oriented "upside down".
