Helion Animus Diff Spool insert

I was eager for a locked rear drive on my Helion Animus, so I devised an easy drop-in spool to replace the spider gears in the differential. This spool is designed to work with the original pin, which is optional. The spool has been cleared to fit snugly around the tabs on the ring gear. To get started, remove the differential from the car, pull out the drive cups, and unscrew four screws on the ring gear. Next, split open the carrier and carefully extract the side gears and spider gears along with their pin. Insert the pin into the spool (if you're using one). Now, slide the spool inside the carrier, ensuring that the notched tabs face towards the ring gear. Finally, reassemble everything in reverse order, making sure to apply a small amount of light lubricant to the ring and pinion for smooth operation.
